Frequently Asked Questions

How long are your classes?
All of our classes are 45 minutes long.
This allows us enough time to be productive without placing undue stress on beginning athletes.
How often do classes meet?
All classes meet once a week, however, we strongly encourage you to sign up for at least twice per week.
Students progress much faster taking more than once per week and we give you a discount, too!
Can I join whenever I want?
We take new sign-ups up to half-way through the session.
Check on our homepage to see how far along in the session we are.
How long do I have to commit for?
You will sign up for a "session".
Most sessions are 8 weeks long; Spring 2 and Summer are only 5 weeks long.
Do you have any trial classes or free classes?
We do not offer trial classes unless it is a special promotion.
The number of students we have had take a class and not want to come back is so low that it's pointless!
What do you have to wear? Do we have to buy an outfit?
We do not require you to purchase a leotard/outfit from us.
We do encourage girls to wear leotards but athletic shorts and a t-shirt are fine for either boys or girls, too.
We do require students to wear socks and if their hair is long, please have it pulled back from their face.
What if I miss a class?
We allow up to two make-up classes per session for each class you are registered for.
The only exception to this is during our Spring 2 and Summer sessions - there are unlimited make-ups!
How/when do I schedule a make-up class?
We would like you to let us know as soon as you know you're going to miss.
This allows someone to do a make-up class in your spot.
We can schedule your make-up class at your convenience.
Simply call us or check with the desk staff on your next class to see what days/times are available.
Where are you located? / How do I get there?
We are located on Home St. between Day Rd. and McKinley/US 20. in Mishawaka, IN

Are all the classes in the same room?
All of the gymnastics and parkour classes will meet in our gym - it is one big space.
Our Dance and Zumba classes meet in our dance room (in the lobby) and our Martial Arts classes meet upstairs.
Do I get to watch my child all the time?
We have 1-way mirrors between the lobby and the gym through which you may always watch your child.
We also have a large balcony area which we open up twice per session - these are our Watch Weeks.
When are Watch Weeks?
The first week of the session is always a Watch Week.
The 4th week of a 5-week session and the 6th week of 8 or 9-week sessions are also Watch Weeks.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
How do I sign up?
Sign-ups can be done in person and we do save spots over the phone.
We will hold your child's spot for up to 1 week until we receive payment.
Once I'm signed up, can I switch my day/time?
You may switch days/times within the first two weeks of the session if there is space in another class.
After the first two weeks, you must wait until Priority Re-Enrollment and fill out a Switch Request Form.
How do I know if my child is ready to move up?
Students that are ready to move up will receive a certificate indicating what class they are moving up to.
Students that do not receive move-up certificated should enroll in the same class for the next session.
When do I have to pay?
All new students have one week to make their payment and secure their spot.
For current students, on the sixth week of the session we start Priority Re-Enrollment. This lasts two weeks.
Current students must make their payment for the next session during this period to secure their child's spot in class. UNPaid students will then be moved to the waitlist, allowing other paid students to take their spot.
I have another child I would like to start; when can they join?
During Priority Re-Enrollment, you may add additional classes or siblings.
There is space on our Switch Request Forms to indicate this; our desk staff can help you.
